RRCA Coaching Continuing ED

The RRCA is starting to offer regional continuing education classes for certified coaches.

In the Southwest, the cec's will be Sunday June 28th from 12;15 to 4:30 pm in Richardson Texas for 4 cec's. The classes offered include one on speedwork design for racing and one that looks at common running injuries and their prevention For complete course description see http://www.rrca.org/programs/coaching/rrcadalcec.pdf. Runners are encouraged to join Run On's marathon and half marathon training runs, Sunday am. Please take part in these cec's to support the RRCA's effort in providing further coaching education, to increase your knowledge of coaching runners and to acquire RRCA cec's to advance to a higher level of certification.
