RRCA Coaching Continuing ED CEC's

The RRCA is starting to offer regional continuing education classes for certified coaches.

In the West the cec's will be Sunday July 26th from 8am - 4 pm in Portland Oregon for 8 cec's. The classes offered include one that looks at common running injuries and their prevention, a course on foam roller use for injury prevention and one on current lactate and muscle recruitment research For complete course description see http://www.rrca.org/programs/coaching/rrcapdxcecs2.pdf.
